How long does delivery take?
For orders within the UK, we send all our items on a Royal Mail 48 hour fully tracked service.
For orders outside of the UK, we send our items via DHL, again this is a fully tracked service. The quoted time frame for this 3-5 days, but can take a little longer.
How long is your dispatch time?
Orders that are received before 12.00pm GMT will be dispatched the same day. For order received after 12.00pm GMT will be sent the following day.
Can I return my item if it does not fit or I simply don’t like it?
Yes. We have a no quibble returns policy. In this instance, you will find our returns address located on the bottom of the invoice that you will receive with your product. Please repackage the item carefully and include the original invoice within. Also, please write on the invoice your required action – I.E ‘please refund’ or ‘send XL please’. Please note , we will only accept your return, if the item is in the condition that it was sent out in. This includes; being unworn, fully packaged and all tags / labels attached and present.
Who pays the returns postage cost?
The liability of this charge is dependent on the circumstance of the return. If the Brand Closet is in anyway at fault, we will cover this cost. If the customer is at fault, the customer is liable.
Is your stock authentic?
Yes, 100%! ALL our stock comes directly from the brands themselves and we have all associated supporting paperwork. This includes, branded invoices, letters of authenticity and the rights to sell documentation.
If your stock is authentic, then why is it much cheaper than other stores?
This is very simple. We buy large quantities of end of season, previous season and in some cases ‘B’ grade stock. This means that the items you receive will not be from the latest season, but you will get at a more affordable price-point.
Will you be getting more in my size?
Yes. We are constantly updating our stock, with new product lines and replenishing old. Please email us if you would like an estimation on when your required item will be back in stock.
Do you have a direct email for you customer services team?
Yes. It is email@example.com. We endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible, but please do allow 24hrs as we do get very busy.
I need my item in a hurry, can you send it expedited?
Yes, we are happy to send items on a Royal Mail 24hr tracked service. But, there will be a surcharge for this service.
